Scope of service

Classic Plastics provides custom reproduction of plastic components based on customer-supplied parts, photos, and specifications. Each part is made to order and intended for restoration or replacement use.

Orders and production

Because parts are custom, quoted timelines are estimates and depend on complexity, fitment requirements, and finish specifications. We may request additional information or a physical part before production begins.

Shipping

We ship within the United States using USPS or an equivalent carrier. Shipping charges, tracking, and delivery estimates will be shared during the order process. Customers are responsible for shipping their original parts to us unless otherwise noted.

Return policy

Because each part is custom and made to order, returns are limited to issues related to workmanship, damage in transit, or clear deviations from the agreed specification. If there is a concern, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

• Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
• We may request the part be returned for inspection.
• If approved, we will repair, remake, or refund at our discretion.
• Shipping arrangements for approved returns will be coordinated with you.

We do not accept returns for normal wear, installation errors, or cosmetic differences that fall within reasonable color and finish tolerances for custom parts.

Intellectual Property and Legal Use

Classic Plastics provides custom-manufactured replacement parts intended for the restoration or repair of customer-owned components. All work is performed independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any original equipment manufacturer (OEM).

Customers acknowledge and agree that:

• All parts produced by Classic Plastics are custom reproductions, not original or OEM parts.
• Classic Plastics does not reproduce trademarks, logos, brand names, or OEM part numbers on parts or packaging.
• Any references to vehicle makes, models, or years are for compatibility and identification purposes only.
• Parts are manufactured based on customer-supplied items, measurements, or specifications, and are intended solely for lawful restoration or replacement use.

By placing an order, the customer represents that:

• They own the original part or have lawful authority to request its reproduction.
• The requested reproduction does not knowingly infringe any active patent, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
• They will not represent the reproduced part as an original or OEM component.

Classic Plastics reserves the right to decline or cancel any order that, in its reasonable judgment, presents a potential legal, intellectual property, or compliance risk.

Data deletion

You can request that we delete your account data at any time. Submit a request through our contact form and we will confirm when the deletion is complete.
